installing 10.2, failed

looks like unable download crystal reports installer with error:

failure cache file https//downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crnetruntine/clickonce/crrruntime_3232+13_0_1.msi

anyone have a solution while waiting for ac tech support?

Sorry, but that download method doesn't work any more:

"One of the deployment options for Crystal Reports for Visual Studio is to use the ClickOnce deployment method.
In our older versions we hosted the file on the old FTP server called Akamai.
This Server is being phased out and we now publish our runtime and install packages which is available through various links . . ."

you will need to do this on any "new" computer install without crystal reports already installed
