Hey, y'all.

Not quite a year ago, I posted "Someone Please Help Me!" because my AC subscription had expired and I could not access 15 years worth of charts. I had joined an ACO in April 2018, and when I transitioned to Athena, nobody with either company could manage to import the AC data into Athena.

https://acusersforum.com/ub/ubbthreads.php/topics/74506/someone-please-help-me#Post74506

Since then, JamesNT has been working very hard tweaking his export program to work on current versions of AC, and I am THRILLED to announce that I now have all of my AC charts in PDF format which can easily be imported into Athena. Each patient has their own PDF that includes demographics, insurances, SOAP notes, medications, allergies, and all imported items. This format is even better than AC's own export program, because the imported items and the progress notes are not in different formats.

Anybody who needs such a solution for their own practice, contact JamesNT for help.

THANK YOU, JAMES!

Quick SHOUT-OUT to JamesNT

I was looking for a way to pull all my patient data out of AC in a format that I could use to easily update my new EMR (Praxis EMR - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING) AND James came through "bigly". 30 minutes on TeamViewer, 5 example folders to review to make sure everything was up to snuff and less than 12 hrs later..........

ALL MY PATIENT DATA IN PDF Format.

THANK YOU

Kudos to James for performing this service.

It concerns me that two long time users (registered on the user board 2007 and 2010) have recently moved to other EMR's.

Jon, I actually started with AC in 2004. Started with extreme frustration toward AC in 2015 when I attempted to implement ACPM.

But full disclosure, the real reason I left AC is because I joined an ACO in 4/2018 which uses Athena.
