We have a situation where we sent a RX for a controlled substance to the pharmacy. NewCrop shows it was successful, but the pharmacy insists they don't have it. This hasn't happened before - usually the pharmacy finds the script when we call them. We used the report missing prescription feature to let NewCrop know about it, but I'm wondering if anyone has had this situation before and if so, how long did it take for it to be rectified. Also, does anyone know if NewCrop has a support number?

Hi AnneMarie,

We have had this occur a few times, overall a very rare situation.

I just resent the rx and did not followup any further.
