1) Fix the claim form so it prints with the MD that we have saved as the referring MD. Currently it does not print any MD, whether the MD has a NPI number or not or referring or not. Years ago it stopped printing the referring MD on the claim if the MD was not saved with a NPI number which made sense to force us to find the NPI number but now it does not print at all.
2) When selecting a MD, should be able to type in 3 characters to jump to the correct MD. Currently it only searches by 1 character. As a work around we have to open the Add MD feature to search for the MD, select, close and then it populate the field. Waster of time doing it this way. We have over 1,000 MD's associated with our patients and it is a pain.
