I just got a call from Nick from AC support and he was wondering how my performance was since January 6, 2020. I have not had any glitching or freezing whatsoever, and e-prescribing has been just fine and quite frankly this has been the best AC has ever worked for me. It sounds like for folks in the west after the last upgrade, there were a lot of freezing and timing out issues, and I did have some early on too. But AC has allocated a server for those of us in the west, but if anyone has any ongoing issues with any problems of performance Nick would like to be notified by email.
