For the past few days I have an "extra" pharmacy request 1(1) that when clicked pulls up an empty pending pharmacy panel. It is triggering my OCD.... Any suggestions? If there is more than one request I can see those in the pending pharmacy panel, and deal with them as usual.

Apparently this is the same issue reported under the thread E-refill prescription waiting counter by ryanjo on 12/27.... However, now I just have a blank area, which sometimes happens even if refills are pending.

As far as I know, running data tuner is the only way to clear it.

Now counter is up to 3 for the last few weeks, running data tuner did not fix it. Not critical, just annoying....

OK. Apparently, I missed the memo that one must close AC before running the tuner. When that was done it did in fact clear my pharmacy request counter. Just sharing in case.
