When Indy abruptly disappeared, this forum literally saved my practice/data! I saw he was gone/couldn't be found on this forum on Wednesday and immediately got in touch with AC to take over hosting. By Saturday, Indy's server had crashed, but we already had the backup we needed to get back up and running. Ryan from AC worked all weekend to get us up and going. Clayton has been working since (including weekends) to get our imported items all back. We ended up losing no data, and AC really has been AMAZING getting us back up and going. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Great to hear, I am also very very very pleased with AC in the Cloud, which I transitioned to several years ago.

Agreed DrLee!

Our BFYP server is still running in case I need to drop in a grab something, but otherwise Claire over at the Amazing Charts team put in some hours saving our practice as well.

No data was lost and we have all the interfaces running as they should. Besides the new way to log in, my team was never down more than half a day last friday to pull a current back up make the switch. We ended up moving 10,580 patient folders and 87,000+ files from the imported items...

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ON THE AMAZING CHARTS IT TEAM. It's unfortunate that this happened. But they were more than willing to help with no questions asked.

At this point, its more than AC in the cloud, more like angels in those clouds.

When will AC cloud users be upgraded to 10.1.4? It was available on 4/22/19 for download for office based AC users.

Anyone who has upgraded to 10.1.4 have comments on the Message Box & Outbox bugs being resolved?
