Amazing Charts needs to Provide after hours support Third time this month we have had an issue since the last update 10.1.1. Root error element missing I'm sitting here with patients waiting and I can't do anything except cancel patients until  I get a call back

yes was almost a daily occurrence for me also support remoted in and had to reset permissions on 10 different functions and now seems to work although every time I log in get an error message but then goes on and logs in.

Perhaps another reason to hold off on 10.1.1,....since the 'repair' of permissions in AC on the server (WSE 2012 R2) the Updox connector can't connect to AC,  will give an update when fixed

We are still on 10.0.2.
Just curious, when was 10.1.1 released for general availability ?
Chris Conrad hinted a major update in May 2019 when it will have transition of care files in the inbox for automatic import and reconciliation same was as for a lab today.

I believe 10.1.1 has been released for general availability.
I have not had a problem with permissions with WSE 2012R2 and 10.1.0 (I haven't updated to the latest yet)

10.1.1 build 114 is on the client site for download think it has been there for about 3 weeks or so, I have had no issues using it on my laptop (Windows 10 Pro) that I use for my nursing home and assisted living facility patients. The issues were in the office with WSE 2012 R2.
