An odd problem - when I hit "enter" in the message box, the cursor does not move to the next line.
This is true for all users, on multiple computers.
The enter key works fine
here
and in all other areas of AC and all other programs.

Thoughts? Anyone experiencing this.
V9.3.1 running Windows 7.

I am not completely sure what you mean by the message box. If you mean the windows where you can click on New and add a patient, a subject, then type a message and send it to another user, then yes, I can hit enter and the cursor goes to the next line.

Using versions 10 and above.

I mean the box where you type messages.

we have just never referred to it as that since it does other things, you know, like preview the next chart, etc. I didn't want to give you false information.

So, since it is what I thought, after making sure we were talking about the same thing:

Again, no we have never had that problem. We have used all of the released versions of 10 and above. Any of the previous versions have not had that issue either. But, I went from v9.2 to v10+.

Hope that helps. If it is the box at the bottom right hand corner. A screen shot never hurts.

If it is the only version that has that bug, you can try using Shift + Enter.

And the good thing about that is it will work in just about any message box, so you are covered even if I have the wrong message box.

Oh you mean the box referred to in AC by JB as EMAIL. Should have said so in the first place.
