Is there a way to have refill request directed directly to me and populated into a separate message box like labs are done. Currently they go to staff and then they get redirect it to my communal inbox. Like to cut out the clutter and middle man on this, they have plenty of work to worry about.
Thanks

In the administrative section, go to "Set e-rx" button (lower R, second from bottom) Click on it. Part D in options is the refill request provider

Here is the deal. I pay my staff a fair wage. And, for that wage, they should deal with all the work that comes their way. If there is a choice that they do it or I do it, they should do it.

Hey Guys,
When I go to the e-rx button and then to section D. What I see is the option to select the provider to receive "unmatched" e prescription transmission. This is set up so I get those "unmatched" request, and I believe I do get them. How ever where can I go to set up so I get the the "matched" request into my box?
Thanks
Dru
