OP BocaHealthCare Member Joined: Jul 2007 Posts: 8	Help ! using 5.0.29 ( i know its old.. ) 10+ year AC user. The system has stopped taking my admin password ( or I may have forgot ) I still have user access , but no Admin. Is there anyway to reset the ADMIN password ? Chris

MichaelHow Member Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 13	I had this problem. Turned out that the password I used had too many characters in it and the last two had been cut off. If I entered the full password it would reject it. Try leaving the letters at the end off one at a time.
