Probably, there are plenty of people with experience with the old systems.

One issue may be whether they are signed up for support. A major reason for support is new versions along with help with problems. If you have a stable old version, you might not feel you need support. They will provide support but I do not know how they charge it.

Late to the party. But just to be sure, are you speaking of being locked out and needing to reset the password so you know your password, or simply wanting to change it from Prime to Harris. Pretty silly question, but you can't do the former, but you can do the latter.

Actually, what I was sure was the password wouldn't work. I tried every password I have ever dreamed up and none would work so I was locked out of the admin functions. But I figured it out when I reinstalled the program so I have admin privileges again. Probably not a good idea to go into any detail about what was wrong.
