Hi Beepop. Welcome to the User Board. I have used UPDOX with Amazing Charts for over 6 years and I cannot imagine running my practice without it. Although there are some issues, at times, I have found it to be extremely helpful in managing all of the documents in my practice. The UPDOX portal has been a wonderful tool, as well.
It would help if you can be more specific about which problems you have encountered. Have you checked the online help for further information or reached out to their tech support people? I have found them to be a very responsive group of people. If necessary, they can remote in on your computer and show you how to solve various problems.
