Copying Imported Items can be done as an OS-based directory copy.
What AV version? This is critical because it may REQUIRE AC be involved to "approve"/re-credential the new hardware. SO it HAS TO BE DONE while AC support is open.
Otherwise, moving servers is straightforward.
Most important consideration - virtualize the new server hardware before you actually install the AC "server" OS. CentOS or M$ virtualization.

Is everyone moving to virtualization now? What is the motivation for this? It looks like Praxis uses VMware only

I would virtualize the server. Use the free Microsoft P2V tool to convert the physical server to a virtual machine then expand the virtual drive. If you have an older server, this would be a FANTASTIC time to upgrade and get it all done in one fell swoop.

Boondoc,
I have been preaching virtualization for YEARS AND YEARS. Just for situations like this one. And also because disaster recovery is SO MUCH EASIER.
I consider it criminal to set up a new server as a bare metal install these days. CRIMINAL, I SAY!!
