Our practice has multiple physicians, each with different insurances they accept. We are looking for a way to prevent our front desk staff from scheduling a patient with a doctor that does not take their insurance. Is there an automated way for AC to see in the Billing section the patients insurance, then compare that with a Physician profile (with their accepted insurances) and prevent the front desk from accidentally scheduling a patient with a physician that does not take their insurance?

That may depend on your practice management system. AC handles each somewhat differently in the options it presents.
