Is anyone using the direct messaging through AC and Updox? I am not having any luck finding specialist offices that are (or the staff members I speak to are not aware).
We have been "direct messages" through the FAX That is very direct, and very quick, not to mention easy, low tech, relatively secure and essentially free.
