Since we have new owners/management is it time to update the wish list?
Direct interface with registries for MIPS etc.
Get rid of having to certify/register servers/computers for database
add-on as you like

Automatically sending patient lab results and comments instead of printing to Updox, reassociating patient (error prone), and then resending to AC to sign off. I think I may have harped on this before...

for pediatric practices:
family centric charts for insurance policies at a minimum, (assuming intact nuclear family)
so demographics don't need to be entered multiple times

This is really not a new wish list, but since starting AC in 2011, I have been very impressed with the chat function and IT support, nearly immediate whenever I have needed help in the past. I hope this IT support continues. Minimal down time during office hours is very important.

Turbo Version- No government reporting features, etc for those of us who just don't care about all that.

If AC can place "Secure Message" Tab in "Sign Off" section, then we do not have to send a message to office staff to call patient and then document in the chart. Labs etc can be signed off and interpretation can be sent to patient's Portal. This will save lots of clicks and reduce risk of errors.

Good News! V10 due end of this year will have the ability for you to send lab results, or any document in your imported items folder, to the patients portal. There are various options on how to accomplish this which will be detailed in the release notes we're working on now in preparation for beta in a few weeks or so.

In V10, we'll offer SSO integration with FIGMD with access to 2 dozen registries and and a dashboard for all your MIPS Quality measures.

Also, while I don't have a date for this yet, we are exploring options on how we can offer self-service for the re-credentialing process if that is what you are referring to here. We would like to eliminate the phone calls to us as much as you do. Our options were limited in the past. The new acquisition by Harris is going to open new doors....

Thanks Chris let's hope that self-service/re-credentialing hits about same time as Ver 10 and that the Harris acquisition is very positive; BTW was looking forward to seeing you all at Pri-Med Boston, oh well.
