Hey guys and gals. I just started using the updox fax program. I like it so far but feel I can use it better. How do you manage workflow with it? How do you use tags?

Also, is it supposed to open when you click on "Secure" in AC? and when logged in, it has a red icon at the bottom of the webpage that says "EHR Connector Status False" Any idea what that means?

Got the same red icon yet when I send things to my AC database they go through so think it is a 'bug'.

We've been using Updox since we signed up with AC. I love it and our staff loves it. We can everything in and import into the chart.

One of the BEST features for me is I use Updox to import pictures taken with my smartphone. It's something most Updox users don't know you can do. I simply take a picture of a rash and email it to my Updox email address. I don't put any identifying information in it so as to avoid HIPAA issues. The picture takes less than a minute to appear in Updox and I simply import it from there.

Great idea with the photos. Have tried other methods in the past but this is more efficient.

Also use free fax nos, updox offers, that helps updox auto sort radiology, home health, hosp records into different tags and decreases work of manually sorting these by staff.

I have not been involved in setting up various features in Amazing Charts up until now. It appears that there are several areas we are not utilizing fully. Can you tell me how you have different fax numbers for each tag?
