So my server is still working great and Windows support, at least for security issues, goes on to 2020. Anybody see any problem with continuing with this one until then?

Yes, it should last until January 2020. However, consider the following:
1. The CryptoLocker virus is very good at infiltrating older operating systems that just don't have the resistance to today's malware.
2. You are installed bare-metal. Restoring from backups is far more error prone than it is today.
3. Your hardware is getting older - assuming you're still installed on the server you bought with 2008.
4. The expertise needed to perform a swing migration off of SBS is waning. There are still those that can do it (like me) but their numbers are falling since SBS just isn't around that much anymore.
5. January 2020 isn't that far away. Do we want to wait until the last minute? If anything you'll be buying Windows 10 computers that SBS 2008 can't fully support regarding group policy, etc.
Play it safe. Plan now. At the very least, virtualize the thing.

Hardware would be the big thing in my book. If you're a smaller office, they can run hardware near the end. If it fails, it's not too difficult to get a new one in place. Larger practices should have replacement/upgrade schedules.
5-7 Years is a good lifetime for a server.

Jeff M. lives right down the street from me. He practically did my swing migration for me. Still got new kits coming out.
