Can someone tell me how to export the addresses of all active patients with one address only?
There is an option to be used that is called all "unique household addresses". That option is giving me several addresses per name or sometimes several names that live under the same address.
I need each patient with address per item line.
I need to send letters to all active patients and have to export their addresses to an Excel file to give to the printing company.
They need the first and last name separately as well as address, city, state and zip each in an individual column in Excel.
Any ideas?

What happens when you use patient demographics instead of household addresses?
