We are on version 9.3. When the MA's are authorizing refill from a pharmacy for test strips they are clicking on one box. When they click transmit it is going over as 1 instead of 1 box and defaulting to 1 in AC.
The pharmacy is then refaxing stating they need it to say one box.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a work around?

I suspect the issue is that "box" is not a recognized quantity (like g, mg, tabs). It might be best to check with the pharmacy how they want it. Perhaps putting 50 or putting 1 box in the comments box would suffice

We box all the time for albuterol.
It will accept the word "box"
It will not accept the word "boxes"
But, it will accept the word "boxs"
