For financial reasons, I'm thinking of changing the company name and EIN number. Will AC allow transfer of the license and paid-up Guardian angel support to the new company? I'm the only physician provider. Thanks.
We had a client practice that changed hands for a number of reasons, and we contacted AC Customer Support, and they needed a letter from the owning Physician indication the transfer of ownership, then they updated their records.
