When I eprescribe in V9.0, I used to have prior eRx sig's remembered. So typing the drug name in the box at the top would bring up a drop down with multiple prior sig's I had used. In the past week or so this seems to have stopped, so I must re-enter the sig every time. Has anyone else seen this? Any idea why it is happening?

Same here. Would like to know if there is some type of setting that can be changed. Have to retype the Rx again and again on some Rx's and not on others. Pain in the neck!

I also thought perhaps there was a setting that inadvertently was changed, but I could not find one. Calling AC was on my to-do list, until... the "remembering" returned suddenly and now things are working as they were. Glad to know that others saw this and I am not nuts. Sooner or later I will still ask AC about it; sooner if the problem recurs.

This started happening to me two weeks ago or so. I was wondering if a setting was changed too. AC doesn't remember ANY previous prescriptions. Very annoying...

There is an "Expand Favorites" button on the right side, please make sure that is checked. With 9.1 you now have favorites based on sig so if you prescribe Lipitor 10mg commonly with 3 varying Sigs you will be presented with a drop down containing the 3 sigs, only need to click once and you're done. This is in the 9.1 release notes.

How did that get unchecked??? We are in the cloud, and others favorites show up under mine. Is this how it's suppose to work? Thanks.

The button is new so it was never checked. I don't think we checked it by default on the upgrade but we explained it in the notes and on a pop up educational content after you first updated. Favorites are all provider based (i verified it was working properly before I replied here). If you're seeing something different please reach out to Support and they will look into it for you or have another provider enter a new sig that you do not have on your list and verify it also displays. You could be seeing sigs you've been entering since your update and didn't know they were there until you checked the button.

The expand favorites is checked. Still with the same issue; only some meds sigs are remembered. For instance prednisone is remembered, but prednisolone is not. Albuterol 0.083% is remembered but albuterol syrup is not. When I have time I will contact support. Since you mentioned the expand favorites button I have always been remembering to make sure it is checked and it is.
