Hello,
We have multiple users/providers. Our scanner is set up that all scanned documents go into the Updox inbox. All users are able to see them.
Is it possible to have all scanned items to go to a specific user's inbox?

Hi Dino,
What you can do is set up your scanner to send files to that particular users folder in windows in the /sendtoupdox folder. For example, on our scanner I have a button set up to send documents to C:\Users\martinholt.NOCRHF\SendToUpdox . Anything that is scanned using that button goes to my inbox in Updox and not to anyone else.
Our scanner has the ability to have addresses that you can customize. If your scanner does not do that, you can set up shortcuts on the desktop for each users /sendtoupdox folder. Then drop and drag the files after they are scanned. Not sure how your setup is or what type of scanner you have.
Hope that helps.

Dino,
We have a Canon ir3225. It's nice that it has an address book and we can scan to multiple custom folders.
