Having the strangest issue....
been humming along nicely for three years in my family practice using AC exporting and uploading to Ofc Ally with no issues.
All running relatively new PC's with Win7.
We installed AC in my wifes podiatry practice and cant get the process to work. The files we upload get corrupted on the HCFA form at around box 20 or 21. The first cpt code after the in office lab box (checked "no") ends up on OA shifted over a box, messing up the whole rest of the 1500.
All settings are the same as my office, yet mine works and hers doesnt.
Has anyone had this problem?
Any suggestions on remedy.
