So today I had to look at the transaction log and noted that there were multiple transactions listed as "Pending". Both faxed and non-faxed prescriptions. Currently in contact with Guardian Angel support. I'm being told this is a "Known" problem. I wasn't aware this was a known problem.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks Koby,
Didn't think it was a "known" issue as I hadn't seen it before. Must just be me. Started having problems with my e-prescribing & renewal. Supposedly fixed but started up again.

Has been a problem for so long that I review the log every night before leaving and check Adm messages from AC to make sure no red flags on transmission errors. A fix would be a lovely seasonal gift.....
