Can i get some feedback from others who have chosen to keep AC on-premises, with the PM portion on the cloud? It is a seamless solution that works?

Thanks in advance.

Gianni,

There are a few options, some of which are more seamless than others; some are painful and produce headaches and rework.

IIRC, you are a multi-provider practice, and will keep your billing/coding work in-house - is that correct?

Hi Indy,

To be specific, we were considering the option where we keep the AC EHR portion on premises, and link to the AC PM on the cloud. But with the research we've done, we don't feel like it's the right solution for us.

Thanks.

Hello Gianni,
Keeping your AC EHR on premises and linking to ACPM will work. The majority of our users are setup this way. You would just have to make sure that your Java is updated regularly and you meet the AC hardware requirements found here http://amazingcharts.com/support/hardware-os-requirements. Feel free to email me with any questions you may have. My email is rcosta@amazingcharts.com
