This subject is carried over from another thread which had gone "off-topic."

The Amazing Charts End User License Agreement is a legitimate and important topic of discussion. I would like to give the participants the chance to continue their conversation here if they desire.

If there are portions of the EULA which Board participants find alarming, I invite you to copy and paste them here for further discussion. Please state briefly what you don't like about a specific clause, and what changes you would like to see.

Let's keep the discussion constructive. This represents the best way to come to an understanding on this controversial topic, and the best chance for changing anything that truly needs correction.

I realize we have gone over a lot of this before, but I think this format will work better than the ill-fated EULA Wiki concept (you all know what I'm referring to).
