We have just been told that there will be a $75.00/hr charge MU by Jody Worden
"Due to the high volume of requests to run reports for Meaningful Use there is now a cost of 75.00 dollars for an hour. Thank you, Jody Worden"
You can't get support, which has been paid for and now AC wants to be paid for doing a job (it's called support) that they have been pain for.

Why would support need to run reports for MU. That doesn't make sense. Run your own reports.

I think you should pay for running the reports if you don't want to do it yourself. I certainly don't want to pay a higher global charge for GA because they are spending it all on MU reports. This is pretty specialized when you consider how few physicians in the US are attesting to Stage 2. My personal opinion: resist

We don't need them to run the reports. We just need some help.

Agreed, Boondoc. Resist!
Only 10% of US physicians have attested for MU2!
I honestly don't know what those 10% really did -- but in our office it is simply impossible. We would have to slow down to about 5 patients a day to get it all done, and would have to add staff to nurse the EHR
