hi,
I would like to print a medication list for a patient that would include all instances of medicines prescribed with strengths and doses and dates prescribed.
I do not know how to do this

not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but in the prescription writer for the patient, at the top, go to "eprescribing", then "transaction status page"
this will generate a listing of all prescriptions which have been written when in AC, the list can be printed.
