http://amazingcharts.com/company/pr...eds-new-light-on-progress-of-healthcare/

Just got an email from Amazing Charts about this.

In the middle of this ICD-10 and meaningful use crisis; I'm not sure whether it is wise to tout spending time on archaeological digs like this :-)

Let's run meaningful use on this encounter and see how it stacks up!

The irony is we have two dummy accounts. One is Bill Gates, the other is George Washington. Well, I have an account. So, I guess we have three.

But, when we first started, I used Bill Gates for training. My CMA send amoxicillin to a pharmacy in Bellevue? That must have been hilarious.

The dumb thing is not only is it a waste of time, I fail to see the humor in it.

Hi all --

I was behind this idea, so I wanted to let you know that George Washington's EHR was a pure marketing/PR project. It took zero resources from the product development or support groups. It did bring in several new leads for sales, which does support the product and its development.

I just didn't want you feeling like we waste time on silly projects. The parts of the company that work directly for you are 100% focused on the support and development.

Thanks,
