Yesterday updox (down-box?) was down again in my office. Documents printed in updox did not show up in updox workspace for a long time, hours, some never showed up. Unfortunately I was working on an word file that I "printed to updox" which I subsequently deleted before saving (I was unaware of the updox issue at the time). The document never appeared in updox's workspace. I can recreate the document, but I hope I do not have to.
My questions is, when you "print to updox", what really happens? Does the document you are "printing" get converted to pdf and then uploaded? if so, where is the pdf file? is it saved locally like in the auto upload folder? How does "print to updox" actually work?
