I suspect that you would need to export everything (every patient) As a CCD or CCD-A. The new BHR would have to be able to import these.
I doubt there's a way to capture individual visits so you may have to print them all to PDF files.
I have a question though: how could you be using the amazing charts in the cloud without some type of IT support? Is there not a charge for using AC in the cloud? I use a locally hosted flavor.

AC can export all your data including imported items from the cloud to your computer. I have had them do so for me several times. Even though you don't have Guardian Angel support, they should still do it for you--it's your data after all.

Keep in mind that getting your data out of Amazing Charts is only half the battle. Once you get the data, you'll need to find out what kind of import functionality the new EHR has. Either the new EHR will have someone that can do it for you or you'll have to hire someone.

Do NOT expect this to be quick or free. Make sure you have some of this with you before you get any quotes.
