I'm assuming everyone but me knows how to do this...
After a couple tech calls with AC, the last guy mentioned that I am not on a current version and updated me, which is great. But now I have this snazzy new button that I can't get to work. And apparently I have to do something different in order for my patients to automatically appear in Updox.
I click on the secure messaging button. It has me log in as admin. I am already using Updox patient portal so I choose that option and click "link accounts". Then I'm given a window with my practice name in which I'm supposed to enter my "Licensed User Name" and "Licensed Password". I am so confused! Which user name? I have mine in the EMR, the admin, my updox one...and I've tried all of them and none of them work. Is this some other fancy username that I don't actually use most of the time? And if so, how do I find out what it is?
