Hi , my laptop crashed and I had to buy a new one. How can I load the amazing charts program version 5 or 6 (not sure which one, I'm not at office) on to the laptop. Its not the server just what I use in my treatment room or at my desk. This happened once before and I.m sure how I fixed it. Thanks anyone

When you know the exact version you are running, use that installer to install AC. Simply install as you would any program. When it finishes installing and you first run it (generally it wants you to right click on it and "Run as Administrator" the first time -- although you may not have to), it will ask you where the main database is. Just browse to the server.

It will ask you when you install it, if this will be the main database or not, and you should indicate no.

If you do not have the installer (you should try to always keep the installer and database tuner for every version you install), just post back. One of us will have it. I have most of them.

I have most of the 5s. I have v5.0.28. I didn't think they had two that close. Maybe I named it incorrectly. It has been a while since I have been on the version 5s.

If no one else has it, I know I have seen it on one my old backup volumes.

Just send me a PM, or post here.

I have a CD of v5.0.29, dated 8/31/2010.

I can mail it to you, or perhaps one of the gurus can suggest a way to transfer it online.

Gene,

I'll reach out and help you get it out there.

Susan asked I dig it up, but helping you will be faster.

Hi Susan,

If you still need this, send me a PM.

I uploaded it to Cubby (per Indy's suggestion) and I can let you access it.

Send the file via dropbox. I have been sharing radiology images with specialists via dropbox (with patient permission of course). works well.

Hi Susan,

If Indy has not responded already, send me a private message with your email address. I can then add that to Cubby, and they will send you an email to let you download v5.0.29.
