1.Is there a way to enter labs in tabulated form other than scanning and imorting them (without an interface)?
2. If Prescriptions are faxed is there a way to know when was the last time, prescriptions are filled, if the patients call back again ?

3. Is there a way to put signatures in the prescriptions (other than electronic initial ?

Greetings:
1. You could try to use the tracking sheet to enter the labs- but for us it was not worthwhile. We use tracking sheet for protime at this time. One user was using a spreadsheet imported to AC and over time could add on values by a med rec person. I do not know if that user is still using the spread sheet.

2. Re: Prescriptions: At the bottom of the script pad, there will be dates when you refilled them or changed them. If you did that by way of an email response- staff taking the email for med and you refilling, there will be a log there too.

3. You can buy winfax pro 10.03 software on ebay for $15.00 and with that you can put your signature on scripts. You print to winfax pro, annotate and handwrite the signature or add a signature stamp.
