I have been away from the Meaningful Use function for a while and cannot remember how to have Amazing Charts count Menu 5 Patient Electronic Access.
Can anybody describe the clicks required.

The easiest way to see how to do the meaningful use stuff in AC, is to run the meaningful use report wizard and select the measure you want.

In MU2, Patient Electronic Access is Core 7, and is done as follows:

HOW TO DO THIS IN AC:

Measure 7a: To meet this criteria, Clinical Summaries for the Full Patient Record must be sent to the patient portal within 4 business days.

Clinical Summaries can be sent to a patient?s portal by opening the Summary Sheet, clicking the Clinical Summaries button, selecting Full Patient Record (not a specific encounter record), and selecting Send to Portal.


Measure 7b: To meet this criteria, patients must access their patient portal account and either view, download, or send their Clinical Summary to another party.
