hello all, On one of my client computers when I try to export the formal health record from the preview screen, the document seems to keep processing indefinitely and does not complete the export. This does not seem to happen on the other clients. It seems there is a problem with the crystal SAP report . Anyone have any ideas how to fix this ? no viruses as far as I can tell and AC otherwise working well version 6.3.3 , win 8.1 pro on the computer. thanks Bala

Bala - the easiest thing to try when something like that comes up is running repair from the Software Control Panel.

Dear Indy, I ran the repair option from AC utilities and also optimized database but no success. Is there any other repair option you were referring to? thanks Bala

Inside of the control panel there is a icon for Programs. if you select Amazing Charts in the list, it should give you the option of repair at the top of the list. That is the repair that you should try.
It goes through and repairs the initial install.
