hello all,
On one of my client computers when I try to export the formal health record from the preview screen, the document seems to keep processing indefinitely and does not complete the export. This does not seem to happen on the other clients. It seems there is a problem with the crystal SAP report . Anyone have any ideas how to fix this ?
no viruses as far as I can tell and AC otherwise working well
version 6.3.3 , win 8.1 pro on the computer.
