I wanted to make everyone aware that we are experiencing issues with Updox/Patient Portal this morning. We have made Updox aware of the issue and are working with them to resolve this as quickly as we can.

Updox is working by itself, as a java version. But there is no integration through "Secure button" and I can not send summaries either way. I am at exactly 50%. If it is not resolved by Monday, with my full schedule I am afraid I will drop below 50%. WTF!

Just to update everyone, we did work with Amazing Charts staff this morning and we were able to determine that there is an issue on the Amazing Charts side with an expired SSL certificate. AC tech staff are working on resolving the issue and will update this post when everything has been resolved.

The Updox Patient Portal issue has been resolved and was due to certification issue within the Amazing Charts domain and unrelated to any Updox services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may has caused today.
