I need help to summit the application for the NJ immunization registry.
In the application, they ask some questions about the EMR vendor.
1. Vendor Name: which I assume is Amazing Charts (AC is not in the drop down list BTW)
2. Software Name: which I assume is Amazing Charts V7.1.3
3. Contact Last name:
4. Contact First name:
5. Phone:
6. email:
7. Interface type: with a drop down menu: SFTP, File upload, Web Service.
8. HL7: 2.3.1 or 2.5.1
9. Are you interested in a bi-directional interface with NJIIS?

Any one can help?
I am still waiting for Angel Support to get back to me on this one.
