OP Dr_AJ Member Joined: May 2011 Posts: 143 SE Michigan	I've had 2 patients call that they are getting email messages from 'Enterprise Family Practice' after they have been to see me and I have sent them a summary on the portal. Also, when I click the 'secure' button on AC main screen (something I had not explored before), it takes me to the updox workspace page which has messages from Jon bertman, Mickey Mouse etc.........WTF? a.j. godbole pediatrics

I might also send a message to updox now, maybe they'll see it by Monday. Wendell Pediatrician in Chicago The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them
