Hi Everyone.

Support has been getting flooded with requests for help setting up the patient portal. In response to that, we have created a new User Guide for the patient portal and an updated video for your viewing and reading pleasure. These cover not only the practice side of things, but the user experience as well. Please note that these are for the free portal that comes with Amazing Charts Versions 7 and above. If you are using the full version of Updox, there will be some added functionality that is not featured here. You can contact Updox for information about those specific features.

Here is the link to find the documentation: Amazing Charts Patient Portal

Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

Thanks
Mark from AC.

Thanks Mark, that's good information. I'm responding to bring it back to the top of most recent posts, because it slipped by me before and is worth seeing for anyone not using Updox included portal much.

The patient's expectation is that you have all the answers, sometimes they just don't like the answer you have for them
