Just back from a trip. gone 3 days. All of a sudden ac wont start. it states I have installed a new version (which I have not) and advises me to run the database tuner. I run version 6.6.7. I reset the path via the amazing utilities with same error. Restarted server, etc. Please help!

OK. Fixed. I ran the AU "repair connections" and afterwards I was able to log on. I had previously clicked on "check AC" which said everything was fine, but I could not log on.. Panicked for a second. All is well now.

I also found out just now AC was running an automated backup. I wonder if it had something to do with it.

Gerardo,
My understanding is that error has something to do with SQL. If it happens again, just reboot your AC server and you should be good to go.
