For all who are cracking their heads to get all the MU2 points, spoke to AC product support today and was told that there is a new exemption to allow me to do MU1 for the third time. Not sure why, but somewhat easier.

Yes, you can. I did it. "Locked for payment". The CMS website is pretty good at guiding you through it. Good luck.
