OP sanp Member Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 32	When we do the yearly wellness exam's and want to use the template that was saved from the prior wellness exam, it does not correct to the last note's past medical history. A/C will use the last medication list and allergis but NOT the LAST PAST MEDICAL HISTORY????????????? Can this be fixed?
