Is there any way to make chart private so only the treating provider (and no other members of the practice) can access it with a password?

Well, you seem to be able to restrict one user at a time, which isn't very helpful. I suppose if they were a relative or whatever. But, they could always get another user to change it. I haven't looked at all the security info to see if that could be changed.
