Why is it that I saw in one of your help videos the person imported a file and in the standard drop down list of folder to save to there was "Incoming Correspondence" and yet I have to save to a different folder and rename it all the time. Don't you think that every medical practice has "Incoming" documents? Not just your demo team.

Try Updox,

You can make your own custom folders and importing is very easy. There is a free trial too

We will be setting up Updox again. We already had it a while back... but to be able to create a main folder is basic programming. Sorry for asking for such a simple fix... but AC seems to be skipping quite a few 'Simple' things here and there. I am an ex-programmer and I know you can get caught up in the creation of the tougher stuff and forget the simple things... but as an administrator at this institution I should be able to set the main folders in the Admin panel or something.

I agree that Updox solves this problem, and that AC should have independently allowed system-wide creation of new imported items categories a long time ago. Maybe AC's look at imported items which is promised for 2015 will include this feature.
Perhaps I am wrong, but I seem to remember that "Incoming Correspondence" was a folder option in the AC. Was it there once, and now it is gone, or is that my imagination?
