I use AC for back office and do fill out the codes for each visit using AC, and then copy these to a superbill form. I use a 3rd party billing program that is not related, or interfaced with AC. Now, I have a lot of listings in my message folder "unbilled Charges report." I don't recall seeing these before in my message box. But, I have had a temporary staffing change due to an injury of a staff member. So my question is, "what is happening here?" I did upgrade to the latest version, 7.12. I don't know if my injured staff person was dealing with these prior to her injury and now I am just seeing these for the first time, or if there is a change that is occuring since the upgrade to 7.12. The services have been charged out through the AR program we use. Many of the "unbilled " charges are drug screens and protimes that only require nursing input.

Thanks..

Tom

I'm not sure how it got turned on. It has been there since the later Version 6s (6.6.x?)

You can turn it off by going to the administrative section, go to the last column (automated tasks)click and it opens a box

Where you can turn off the notifications or send them someplace else.
If they don't help, turn them off.
