Fellow Floridians: I spoke with FloridaSHOTS regarding our office's inability to transmit immunization records since 8/26/13. I was told that AC changed their Export Destination File without informing the state registry. They requested users to contact AC and open a ticket for them to "re-map the destination folder to the Florida Shots immunization registry". I've already sent a request, but other users may want to add their voices.

Hi John, we are in Fl too and receive a message that says "..records had errors." after clicking through the steps to Export to State Registry.
Do you remember if this was the error you were receiving?
(We are still on v6.5.6 and have been exporting to FL Shots through the AC interface)
What file location should I be looking for to verify that FLShots registry is receiving our files?
